Start with the Needed-By Date

Starting earlier gives more room to review materials, artwork, quantities and proofs, but it does not create a guaranteed delivery window. The actual timing is confirmed for the project.

What to Prepare Early

A standard product already has an established configuration. A bespoke project may require additional decisions about material, format, quantity and personalisation before production can begin. Design Proof Before Production
A digital Design Proof is provided before production. Check names, dates, wording, logo use and overall layout carefully. If several people inside a business need to review the project, organise that internal approval before confirming the proof so the production reference is unambiguous.
