Everything is submitted securely through our online store. If your order requires additional information or clarification, we will contact you before production begins.

For photo-based products, upload the clearest original photo available. A well-lit phone photo is usually suitable, provided that the subject is clearly visible and the image is not blurry, heavily filtered or extremely low-resolution.

If you are unsure whether your photo or idea will work, you can still send it to us. We will review it and contact you when advice or an alternative is needed.

When a digital design proof is required, we prepare a personalised preview before production begins.

The design proof will be sent to you by email so you can carefully review the layout, names, dates, wording, positioning and other important details.

Nothing is engraved, laser cut or permanently produced until you approve the design whenever approval is required.

Please review the proof carefully and reply to the email with either your approval or the changes you would like us to make.

Reasonable adjustments can be requested before production begins. We will gladly refine the design so that the final piece reflects the details and meaning behind your order.

Once you approve the design, your order moves into production. Prompt approval helps us keep your order within the expected delivery timeframe.

After your order details are complete and any required design proof has been approved, your personalised piece moves into production in our Antwerp atelier.

Each order is made individually rather than mass-produced. Depending on the product and design, your piece may be laser engraved, laser cut, carefully assembled or finished by hand.

As soon as your parcel leaves our Antwerp atelier, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email. This allows you to follow the shipment until it reaches its destination.
