Custom Projects & Bespoke Orders

A custom project can start with one of our existing products or with an idea that is not currently part of the AtaNova collection.

Projects may include:

• Personalised wine, champagne, beer and whisky glasses
• Engraved coasters, serving boards, bottle openers and wine boxes
• Corporate, employee and client gifts
• Wedding and event signs, table numbers, cake toppers and Save the Date pieces
• Recognition awards, commemorative pieces and personalised keepsakes
• Restaurant, office, reception and event signage
• Personalised products for schools, clubs and associations
• Keyrings, pens, card holders, name badges, door signs, door numbers, room signs, hotel or clinic signage and other made-to-order pieces in wood, acrylic and other suitable laser-compatible materials

If the product you have in mind is not shown on our website, tell us about it. We will review the intended use, material, dimensions, quantity and personalisation requirements and let you know what is possible.

We create personalised pieces for businesses looking for something more distinctive than a standard promotional product.

Projects can include employee gifts, client gifts, Christmas and year-end gifts, welcome gifts, recognition pieces, branded drinkware, desk items, event gifts and other personalised products for teams, customers or business partners.

Depending on the project, pieces can be personalised with a company logo, individual names, dates, short messages or a combination of these elements.

For larger quantities, tell us approximately how many pieces you need. We will review the most suitable product, material and production approach for your project.

Custom orders are also available for weddings, celebrations, memorials and meaningful personal occasions.

Projects can include welcome signs, table numbers, cake toppers, Save the Date pieces, engraved glassware, personalised gifts, keepsakes and completely custom concepts created around your own idea.

You do not need to have a finished design before contacting us. A description of your idea is enough to begin, and photos, sketches or examples can be shared with us when relevant.

We assess the idea, quantity, material and personalisation requirements and recommend a suitable approach.

3. Review your Design Proof

Before production, you receive a digital Design Proof showing the proposed layout for your approval.

4. We create your order

After approval, your project is laser-engraved or laser-cut as agreed, carefully finished and quality-checked in our Antwerp atelier before dispatch.

For projects with multiple personalised pieces, different names, dates, short messages or other individual details may be possible depending on the product and production setup. We will confirm the available options for your project before production.

You can contact us whether you already have finished artwork or only an initial idea.

For logos and prepared artwork, vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be suitable depending on the design and intended application.

If you do not yet have a production-ready file, that is not a problem. Send us what you have and we will let you know what is needed for your project.

Photos, sketches and inspiration images can also help us understand the direction you have in mind.

Custom projects can range from a single personalised piece to larger batches. Pricing, production time and the most suitable production approach depend on the product, quantity and level of personalisation required.

Standard products from our collection may follow their normal delivery timeframe, while bespoke projects and larger orders can require additional preparation or production time.

The expected timing and delivery arrangements for your project will be confirmed with you before production begins.

For larger or more complex orders, we can discuss preparing a physical sample or an additional digital Design Proof before full production.

Whether a sample is recommended depends on the product, material, quantity and level of customisation. We will confirm the most suitable approach when reviewing your project.

We ship custom projects throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and other European destinations where delivery is available.

Delivery method, timing and any project-specific shipping requirements are confirmed with you before production.
