We'll evaluate your design, recommend suitable materials and discuss the best production approach for your project.

3. Receive Your Design Proof

Before production begins, you'll receive a digital proof for approval. Nothing is produced until you're happy with the design.

4. Production

Your order is laser engraved or laser cut in our own atelier in Antwerp using carefully selected materials. Every piece is individually inspected before shipping.

5. Delivery

Your finished products are carefully packaged and shipped throughout Belgium and across Europe.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We create everything from a single personalised piece to production runs of hundreds of items.

Can every item have a different name?

Yes. Individual personalisation is possible for names, dates, messages and many other design elements.

Can you engrave our company logo?

Yes. We recommend vector files whenever possible, but we can also advise on other file formats.

What file formats do you accept?

AI, EPS, SVG and PDF are ideal. High-resolution PNG and JPG files are often suitable as well.

I don't have a finished design yet. Can you help?

Absolutely. Many bespoke projects begin with nothing more than an idea. We'll help turn it into a production-ready design.

Can I receive a sample before production?

For larger orders, we can prepare a sample or provide a digital proof before full production.

How long does production take?

Smaller projects are typically completed within 3–7 working days. Larger orders depend on quantity and complexity.

Do you ship outside Belgium?

Yes. We regularly deliver to customers throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and other European countries.

Which material should I choose?

That depends on your project. We'll recommend the best material based on appearance, durability and budget.

Can I order just one custom piece?

Yes. We enjoy creating unique one-off pieces just as much as larger production runs.

Can you help determine the right size?
