The personalised slate serving board is the right choice when you want a reusable serving piece for cheese, charcuterie, tapas-style bites or snacks, personalised with a name, initials, date or short message. It is made from dark anthracite natural slate, precision laser-engraved to order in our atelier in Antwerp and available in two sizes.
Choose the Right Size
The Personalised Slate Serving Board is available in 20 × 20 cm and 18 × 30 cm.
- 20 × 20 cm: a compact square format for smaller cheese, charcuterie, tapas-style or snack presentations.
- 18 × 30 cm: a longer rectangular format when you want more room for a wider arrangement of small sharing foods.
Both sizes are natural slate with small protective feet underneath.
What Can Be Personalised?
You can engrave a first name, surname or family name, initials, a meaningful date or a short message. Optional logo engraving is also available. Short, clear wording usually gives the cleanest composition and leaves more of the natural slate visible.
The personalisation is laser-engraved directly onto the slate rather than printed, stickered or applied as a removable layer.
Designed for Serving and Presentation
Use the board for cheese, charcuterie, tapas-style bites, snacks and other small sharing foods. It is intended primarily for serving and presentation rather than repeated chopping. Heavy cutting can mark the slate surface, and regular contact with stone can also affect sharp knife edges.
Care and Safety
- Clean gently by hand with a soft, damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
- Dry the board thoroughly after cleaning.
- Avoid prolonged soaking and do not place it in the dishwasher.
- Handle the slate carefully because it can chip or break if dropped or struck.
- Stop using the board if it becomes cracked, chipped or otherwise damaged; broken slate can have sharp edges.
Small differences in colour, texture, edges and natural markings are normal because slate is a natural material.
Design Proof and Delivery
A digital Design Proof is sent by email before engraving so you can check spelling, dates, punctuation, layout and any logo placement. Once the approved design has been engraved, the finished personalisation cannot be changed.
The board is made to order in our atelier in Antwerp and is delivered within 3–5 business days.
