The Personalised Wine Box is a natural spruce-wood presentation box with a removable sliding wooden lid, available for one or two standard 750 ml wine bottles. The lid is laser-engraved to order in our Antwerp atelier with a name, initials, meaningful date or short message. Optional logo engraving is available for suitable artwork. Wine is not included.

The Personalised Wine Box comes in two sizes:
- 1 Bottle: fits 1 standard 750 ml wine bottle. Internal dimensions: 340 × 95 × 85 mm. External dimensions: 360 × 115 × 96 mm.
- 2 Bottles: fits 2 standard 750 ml wine bottles. Internal dimensions: 340 × 176 × 85 mm. External dimensions: 360 × 196 × 96 mm.
Both options use the same personalisation process; the main differences are bottle capacity and box width.
What Can Be Engraved?
Choose a name, initials, meaningful date or short message. Logo engraving is also available as an optional add-on for suitable artwork. The flat wooden lid gives the layout more room than a curved glass surface, but clear, concise wording will usually produce the strongest composition.
Where Is the Engraving?
The engraving area is the removable sliding wooden lid. The proposed composition and positioning are shown in the digital Design Proof before engraving. Do not assume the front panel or another part of the box is the standard engraving area.
Design Proof and Logo Artwork
After ordering, a digital Design Proof is sent by email. Check names, initials, dates, spelling, punctuation, layout and logo placement when selected. SVG, AI or EPS files are preferred for logo engraving; a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background can also be submitted. Once approved, the Design Proof becomes the reference for the final engraving.
What Is Included?
Your order contains one personalised spruce-wood wine box in the bottle capacity you selected, with its removable sliding lid. Wine bottles are not included. The Design Proof is sent separately by email and is not a physical item in the parcel.
Care
- Keep the wine box dry during use and storage.
- For routine cleaning, wipe the wood with a soft dry cloth.
- If needed, use a lightly damp cloth and dry the wood promptly afterwards.
- Do not soak or submerge the wooden box in water.
Production and Delivery
After you approve the Design Proof, the box is laser-engraved to order in our Antwerp atelier. The finished box is packed for shipping and tracking is sent by email when the order is on its way. Delivery is within 3–5 business days.
