Choosing Your Personalisation

The flat wooden lid gives you more room for personalisation than a curved glass surface, but a clear and concise design will usually give the strongest finished result. You will see the proposed composition in your digital Design Proof before engraving.

Logo Engraving

Logo engraving is available as an optional add-on for suitable artwork.

SVG, AI or EPS files are preferred. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background can also be submitted. When logo engraving is selected, the proposed logo placement is included in your Design Proof.

Your Digital Design Proof

After you place your order, we prepare a digital Design Proof showing the proposed layout of your personalisation and send it to you by email for review.

• Check names, initials, dates, spelling and punctuation.
• Review the overall layout and positioning.
• Check your logo if logo engraving is selected.
• Approve the Design Proof or reply with a small correction request.

Once approved, the Design Proof becomes the reference for your final engraving.

Wine bottles are not included.

If logo engraving is selected, the approved logo is engraved as part of the personalisation and does not add a separate physical item to the parcel.

Your digital Design Proof is sent separately by email and is not a physical item included in the parcel.

After your order is placed, we prepare your personalised layout and send your digital Design Proof by email for review before engraving.

Once you approve the Design Proof, your wine box is laser-engraved to order in our Antwerp atelier.

Your finished box is then carefully packed for shipping. Tracking information is sent by email once your order is on its way.

The wine box is made from natural spruce wood and should be kept dry during use and storage.

• Wipe the wooden surface with a soft dry cloth for routine cleaning.
• If needed, use a lightly damp cloth and dry the wood promptly afterwards.
• Do not soak or submerge the wooden box in water.

Choosing 1 Bottle or 2 Bottles

1 Bottle is designed for one standard 750 ml wine bottle and works well when a single carefully chosen bottle is the main gift.

2 Bottles is designed for two standard 750 ml wine bottles and gives you more room for a paired wine gift or a gift intended for two people.

Both options use the same personalisation process. The main differences are the number of bottles they hold and the width of the box.

Choosing Your Personalisation

A name or initials creates a simple personal design, while a meaningful date or short message can connect the box to a wedding, housewarming, anniversary, retirement or thank-you gift.

The flat wooden lid provides a suitable surface for text and logo artwork. Keeping the design clear and well spaced helps the finished engraving remain balanced. The proposed layout, including the logo when selected, is shown in your digital Design Proof before engraving.
