Choose A3 for a compact close-range display, A2 for the most flexible standard entrance or A1 for a larger statement sign. Then choose Clear, White or Black Acrylic according to the real venue background. The AtaNova Welcome Sign uses a 4 mm acrylic base with individually laser-cut raised Gold Mirror Acrylic letters, so the main buying decision is the combination of size, base finish, personalised text and safe display support.
You can compare the active options on the Personalised Wedding Welcome Sign product page.
What exactly are you buying?
The standard AtaNova Welcome Sign is a personalised acrylic wedding sign with raised 3D lettering. The base is 4 mm acrylic and the gold wording is cut from Gold Mirror Acrylic and applied as separate raised letters. It is not a printed poster, vinyl decal or flat gold print.
The active standard combinations use three sizes and three base finishes:
- A3 — 30 × 40 cm
- A2 — 40 × 60 cm
- A1 — 60 × 80 cm
- Clear Acrylic — Gold 3D Lettering
- White Acrylic — Gold 3D Lettering
- Black Acrylic — Gold 3D Lettering
Choose A3, A2 or A1
A3 — 30 × 40 cm
A3 is the compact option. Choose it when the display area is intentionally small and guests will pass close to the sign, such as a welcome table, civil ceremony or narrow entrance.
A2 — 40 × 60 cm
A2 is the most flexible middle size for a standard ceremony or reception entrance. It gives the names enough presence while remaining practical for many common venue layouts.
A1 — 60 × 80 cm
A1 is the largest active standard size. Choose it when the entrance is broad, the sign will be viewed from farther away or the board needs to hold its own within a larger floral or fabric installation.
Always measure the actual display area before ordering. Make sure the chosen size does not block doors or narrow a guest walkway and that the support can hold the board securely.
Choose the acrylic base finish
Clear Acrylic
Clear Acrylic keeps the venue background visible through the sign. It works best when the surface, flowers, fabric or greenery behind the board is intentionally part of the display.
White Acrylic
White Acrylic gives the raised gold lettering a clean solid background and helps separate the names from a visually busy venue surface.
Black Acrylic
Black Acrylic creates the strongest black-and-gold contrast and gives the raised Gold Mirror Acrylic lettering a more dramatic appearance.
Check the exact display position in real venue lighting rather than choosing only from a product photograph. For a deeper step-by-step method for deciding text hierarchy, venue backdrop, material and viewing distance, read How to Choose the Right Text, Material and Size for a Wedding Welcome Sign.
What can be personalised?
The sign can include the couple’s names, wedding date and a short welcome wording. Optional brief details such as a surname, venue, city or another short line can also be requested when they fit the layout. Different languages, alphabets, accents and special characters can be submitted.
Keep the text concise enough for the names to remain the visual focus. Enter every name, date, accent, punctuation mark and special character exactly as it should appear.
How the Design Proof works
A digital Design Proof is sent by email before the personalised letters are produced. Check the spelling, name order, date, punctuation, special characters, text placement and overall balance before approving it.
A reasonable small correction can be requested before approval. Once the approved design enters production, the personalised details can no longer be changed.
For the wider ordering and approval process, see How It Works.
Plan the easel or display support separately
An easel or display stand is not included. Arrange a stable support suitable for the selected A3, A2 or A1 board and test the complete setup before the event.
- Make sure the board cannot slide forward.
- Keep the support stable on the venue floor.
- Do not narrow a doorway or guest walkway.
- Keep flowers, fabric and other decor from pressing against the raised letters.
- Place the sign where it cannot easily be knocked over.
Indoor and sheltered outdoor use
The sign is decorative wedding signage and is not a toy. It can be used indoors or in a secure sheltered outdoor event position, but it is not intended for permanent or unprotected outdoor installation.
Protect it from rain, strong wind, direct heat and unstable surfaces. For an outdoor event, use a sufficiently stable support and have a protected backup position available if conditions change.
Care before and after the wedding
Handle the board carefully around the raised lettering. Dust or wipe it gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, harsh chemicals and excessive moisture. When storing the sign, keep it flat, dry and protected from pressure on the letters.
