Choose the material from the look you want
Natural Wood
Choose Natural Wood for a warm, tactile look with visible natural grain. Tone and grain can vary slightly from piece to piece because wood is a natural material.
Clear Acrylic
Choose Clear Acrylic when you want a lighter, modern appearance and the background behind the magnet to remain partly visible.
Black Acrylic
Choose Black Acrylic when you want stronger contrast and a more graphic, modern finish.
White Acrylic is not part of the current standard live material options, so check the product page rather than relying on older examples.
Use a sample when you want to check the physical piece first
The Sample (1) option is useful when you want to see the material, scale, engraving and overall feel before ordering a larger set. A sample is still a personalised item and follows the same Design Proof process.
Choose 25, 50 or 100 from the number of households
Count the invitations or households that should receive a Save the Date rather than automatically counting every wedding guest. Couples and families often receive one piece together, so the required quantity may be lower than the final guest count.
- Set of 25: suitable for a smaller guest list or a deliberately limited first announcement.
- Set of 50: a practical middle quantity for many weddings.
- Set of 100: useful when the invitation list is larger or many households need their own magnet.
Before ordering, make a simple recipient list and add only a sensible small margin for late additions or replacements. Avoid buying a much larger quantity without a clear reason.
Keep wording concise enough for the format
The magnets can be personalised with the couple’s names and wedding date. A venue, event name or short phrase can also be requested when the selected design has enough space. Different languages, alphabets, accents and special characters can be submitted.

Check the Design Proof before engraving
A digital Design Proof is sent by email before engraving and production. Check every name, date, accent, punctuation mark, special character and line break before approving it. A reasonable small correction can be requested before approval.

Understand the size and magnet use
Each piece is approximately 6–7 cm, depending on the selected design. A strong magnet is attached to the back. Because magnetic hold depends on the receiving surface, test the finished magnet on the intended suitable metal surface rather than assuming every metallic-looking surface is magnetic.
The magnets are decorative wedding stationery and keepsakes, not toys. Keep them away from babies and young children and from items that may be affected by magnets.
Care and storage
Keep the magnets clean and dry. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid prolonged moisture, harsh chemicals, solvents and abrasive materials. Store them so the engraved face and magnet back are not scratched or crushed.
