How the Design Proof works

1. Choose the light option and lamp design.

2. Submit the child’s name and any optional details with the order.

3. We prepare the personalised layout and send a Design Proof by email before engraving.

4. Review the name, spelling, layout and any additional wording.

5. Approve the proof or reply with a reasonable small adjustment request.

6. Engraving begins after the final layout has been approved.

Nothing is engraved before you have had the opportunity to review the layout. Once the approved design has been engraved, the personalised details cannot be changed on the finished acrylic panel.

DreamLight™ is an indoor decorative night light. It is not a toy and should be placed securely with the USB cable positioned where a child cannot pull or trip on it.

Safe placement

• Use the lamp indoors only.
• Place it on a stable shelf, dresser, bedside table or nursery cabinet.
• Keep the USB cable neatly positioned and out of a child’s reach.
• Do not place the lamp near water or in damp areas.
• Keep the acrylic panel properly seated in the wooden base.

Cleaning the acrylic panel

• Use a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
• Handle the acrylic by the edges where possible.
• Avoid abrasive cloths, harsh cleaning products and alcohol-based cleaners.

Cleaning the wooden base

• Use a dry or slightly damp soft cloth.
• Do not soak the wood or expose it to standing water.
• Natural wood grain, colour and pattern may vary slightly between bases.

DreamLight™ is a made-to-order children’s night light personalised with one child’s name and one of five standard designs. The selected design and personal details are laser-engraved on clear acrylic and illuminated from a solid wood USB-powered LED base.

Bear offers a gentle animal theme for nurseries and younger children’s rooms.

Unicorn suits playful, magical and fairytale-inspired room themes.

Space is designed for children who enjoy rockets, planets and space-themed rooms.

Moon & Clouds creates a calm bedtime theme for nurseries and children’s bedrooms.

Dino T-Rex is a character-led choice for children who love dinosaurs.

The selected design determines the engraved artwork and overall outline of the acrylic panel. The child’s name then makes the chosen theme personal.

Choose 3-Color Light or RGB

3-Color Light is the simpler option when you prefer a more restrained lighting experience.

RGB offers a wider variety of colours when changing the room atmosphere is part of the experience.

Both options use a solid wood USB-powered LED base and illuminate the same personalised acrylic design.

Personalise the lamp

The child’s name is the main personalisation. An optional date or short message can be added when it supports the occasion without making the layout too crowded.

• Name and date: Can mark a birth, birthday, christening, baptism or another meaningful date
• Name and short message: Adds a concise personal dedication

Enter every detail exactly as it should be engraved, including capital letters, accents, punctuation, date format and spelling.

Materials and illuminated finish

Clear acrylic carries light through the panel, while the engraved areas catch the LED light and create the glowing-line effect. The design is engraved rather than printed or applied as a removable surface layer.

The solid wood base supports the acrylic panel and adds a warmer material contrast. Natural wood grain and tone may vary slightly between bases without affecting the lamp’s function.

Can I change the spelling after approving the proof?

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once the approved design has been engraved, the personalised details cannot be changed on the finished acrylic panel.

Is the design printed on the acrylic?

No. The child’s name and selected design are laser-engraved into the clear acrylic panel.
